Fresh fish head has been steamed until tender and flaky, then slow-cooked in many aromatics and spices/ Simmered with lemongrass, turmeric, chili powder, and coconut milk, its flesh is full of flavour and packs a spicy kick.
Creamy, buttery, and utterly sinful, this dish is best eaten with plain rice.
